We're working with an established, product-led business with a strong reputation for quality and customer experience. They're looking for a hands-on Customer Service Manager who can take ownership of a busy team and keep things running brilliantly.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage the inbox. You'll lead, coach and develop your team, tackle tricky customer challenges and find smarter ways of working.

You'll have experience managing a customer service team, ideally within a product-led, retail or ecommerce environment.
You'll be confident handling escalations, managing workloads, motivating people and keeping standards high when things get busy.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being involved, supporting their team and making things happen.
