Sales Support Administrator
Are you organised, customer focused and the kind of person who spots the detail others miss?
We’re recruiting a Sales Support Administrator for an established product-led business. Joining a small, supportive team, you’ll play an important role in keeping customer orders, quotations and enquiries moving smoothly and accurately.
This isn’t purely back-office administration. You’ll speak directly with customers, suppliers and couriers, solve problems and gradually build enough product knowledge to provide increasingly confident support.
What you’ll be doing
Processing customer orders and checking purchase orders.
Preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
Managing credit and return requests.
Liaising with suppliers and couriers to progress orders and resolve issues.
Answering customer calls and providing clear, helpful updates.
Learning the product range so you can support pricing and more technical customer queries.
Working closely with colleagues to make sure customers receive quick and accurate service.
What we’re looking for
Previous customer service, sales administration, order processing or similar experience.
Strong attention to detail - accuracy really matters in this role.
Organised and methodical, with the ability to juggle several priorities.
Confident and professional telephone communication.
Good numeracy, literacy and general IT skills.
Experience using an ERP/order-management system would be useful, although training will be provided.
A practical mindset and genuine willingness to learn a technical product range.
