Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an Account Manager who will be one of the first points of contact with existing and new clients. You’ll also be a key point of contact with our affiliate network partners and be assigned full responsibility to one or more of the networks. You will be presenting to a broad range of customers, from start-ups to multi-million pound enterprises.
 
 
Overview

  • Generate your own leads and create a pipeline of opportunities
  • Build relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with the affiliate networks to help identify opportunities and get us as their partner of choice.
  • Work in collaboration with traffic management teams to ensure seamless delivery of results.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Think and work strategically - improve business operations and business requirements
  • Supporting new marketing initiatives including events and exhibitions in the UK and Europe.
 
In addition, as the Account Manager you should be:

  • A good understanding of the ecommerce market place, and experience working with affiliate networks.
  • Experience with Google Adwords and Shopping Ads would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Confident in speaking at all levels, from entrepreneurial start-ups to the CEO’s of pan European clients
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving, able to offer services in the context of client’s issues, problems and concerns.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
