Rocking Zebra Recruitment is recruiting for an Education Marketing Executive.  This role can be remote working with the requirement of coming into the office 1 day a week, based in Swindon and potential travel once a week to a variety of sites.
You will implement the marketing strategy for the Education programme within the business, ensuring business targets are met.
Key responsibilities:
•             Support the Education Marketing Manager in the development of the marketing strategy and implementation
•             Develop and implement marketing campaign activity using an Omni channel approach.  Collaborating with internal departments and teams
•             Delivering targeted email campaigns, ensuring all data management requirements are met
•             Support the PR manager and Education Manager with the PR strategy
•             Work with Social Media Team to develop and deliver the national social media strategy, writing and implementing content
•             Working with the internal Brand and Creative Teams to produce marketing communications collateral – taking responsibly for writing design briefs, proofing and managing required sign-off
•             Attending meetings and undertaking site visits as required
•             Reporting back in Education marketing activity to measure success
•            
 
Education and skills required:
•             Experience of marketing within a B2C environment
•             Proven experience of the implementation of direct mail (on and offline) campaigns.
•             Experience of the implementation of online marketing campaigns, including managing and monitoring the effectiveness of PPC activity.
•             Experience of delivering content for a customer facing website and social media platforms
•             Proven digital expertise with an understanding of social media platforms
•             Experience of managing database systems
•             Experience in agency management particularly in the area of media planning and buying
•             Experience of developing targeted social media strategy and managing social media channels
•             Digitally literate, with wide experience of using analytics and tools to inform campaign development
•             Budgetary responsibility
•             Good understanding of customer motivations and behaviour.
•             Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse trends and take actions
•             Creative and innovative – ability to recognise strong tactical opportunities and exploit them creatively via, partnerships and digital
