Senior Account Manager
 

Leading Fintech SaaS provider, seeking Senior Account Manager to join at an exciting phase of growth.  This is a vital role in managing the strategic relationships with some of the largest customers who are well known household brand names.

 
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following:
 
 
In addition to a passion for delivering exceptional account management, the successful candidate will also need to show the following skills:
  • Ability to strategically build and maintain relationships
  • Commercially aware
  • Working in a collaborative manner with all teams and resources
  • Track record of delivering exceptional account management to medium and enterprise Clients
  • More than 3 years’ experience in an Account Manager focused role
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Team player
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, challenging and fun environment
  • Prior experience with financial software and/or transactional billing would be beneficial.
  • 3-5 years’ B2B account management experience, providing strategic support to large Clients
  • Experience managing Clients using software or SAAS solutions

 
You will be responsible for the day to day management of your accounts, building a strong strategic relationship with contacts, predominantly within the Finance and IT functions, as well as being the voice for them within the business. The role will include supporting multiple customer accounts with concurrent support tasks and competing priorities.
Candidates should ideally come from a software or SAAS background
