Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, including senior-level stakeholders.

Take ownership of mid to large-sized projects and provide support on complex ones.

Efficiently manage the delivery of work from the team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Present project scope and budget proposals, project updates, and creative work to clients effectively, securing buy-in and project approval.

Produce client-ready presentations, proposals, budgeted scopes of work, reports, and written communications.

Provide accurate project health reports to senior Client Services team members.

Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time, adhering to invoicing process.

Support the development of strategic plans and responses to client briefs, offering valuable insights and feedback.

Coordinate client stakeholder input and agency team members across various disciplines for specific client projects.

Mentor and support the professional development of Account Manager and Account Executive team members.

Participate in business development by contributing to pitch teams as needed.
Requirements:-
Previous experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency is desirable.

Strong understanding of digital or performance marketing, with a willingness to learn CRM principles.

Familiarity with data-driven marketing is advantageous, and CRM experience is a plus but not mandatory.

A positive, proactive approach to work, collaboration with colleagues, and effective communication skills.
