We're working with a highly successful, design-led British consumer brand looking for an Email Marketing Executive to help drive customer engagement, retention and growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows their way around Klaviyo, enjoys creating campaigns that deliver results and wants to develop their career in CRM and customer loyalty.
What's the opportunity?
You'll take ownership of day-to-day email activity, helping shape how the brand communicates with its customers.

Build, schedule and optimise email campaigns and automated journeys.

Use Klaviyo to develop segmentation and targeted communications.

Support SMS marketing and customer loyalty initiatives.

Work closely with creative, ecommerce and external agency teams.

Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue.

Play an increasingly important role in CRM and loyalty as the business develops.
What we're looking for
You'll already have hands-on email marketing experience, ideally using Klaviyo, and be comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-moving commercial environment.
You'll be organised, creative, commercially curious and confident working with external agencies.
Experience in SMS, CRM or loyalty marketing would be a bonus.
