Head of Demand Generation
We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale a high-performing B2B demand engine, with clear accountability for pipeline creation and revenue impact.
This role suits a senior demand marketer who can demonstrate measurable results.
The business is a high-growth B2B SaaS business delivering market-leading intelligence to help organisations identify and engage with ambitious companies.

The Role
You’ll lead full-funnel demand generation, working closely with Sales, SDRs and RevOps to deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline across inbound and outbound channels.
Key Requirements

Proven experience leading B2B SaaS demand generation at scale

Clear track record of quantified achievements, such as:

Pipeline and revenue contribution

MQL → SQL conversion improvements

Cost-per-lead / CAC reductions

ABM programme performance

Strong hands-on expertise across PPC, paid social, SEO, retargeting and content syndication

Experience building and optimising ABM programmes (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)

Confident working with marketing automation, attribution and funnel reporting

Ability to demonstrate how to build the end to end marketing funnel aligning quantified outcomes with the sales organisation

Experience enabling SDRs and sales teams with campaigns, content and messaging
Nice to Have

Experience with AI- or LLM-driven targeting, personalisation or discoverability

Background in data-led or intelligence-driven SaaS
