We are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for all CRM activity using Mailchimp and managing a number of company websites, whilst executing marketing initiatives and creating engaging content to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and plan the delivery of marketing collateral to include email marketing campaigns, data management, segmentation, and execute strategic projects
Write and execute weekly (B2C) emails to the database, working closely with the Commercial Director. As well as supporting with B2B communications
Manage and update the automated customer journey to ensure accurate information and promotion
Be the brand guardian for all CRM communications for all businesses to ensure brand guidelines are upheld and adhered to
Take ownership of the daily CRM communications with regular audits and optimise content based on audience learnings
Weekly and monthly reporting on CRM and other marketing collateral
Working closely alongside the Ecommerce Manager to execute strategic website developments and PPC support, as well as taking full ownership for daily website updates
Write engaging, creative, and interesting SEO optimised content. This includes content for our websites, blogs, and marketing collateral
Regularly audit, review, and improve all websites from a functionality and creative perspective
Manage and run photoshoots
Support marketing team with organising and running lifestyle photoshoots
Use Canva to create a range of marketing collateral to support onsite promotions and activities working with other businesses
Work collaboratively with freelance designers and third-party agencies to create premium, accurate marketing collateral
Manage onsite PR stays to ensure they have a positive and seamless experience and to capture strong and relevant PR content
Create events schedule, communicate, and coordinate the details of events across departments, taking into account health and safety requirements
Manage events and work closely with the Social Media Executive to capture photography for marketing opportunity. This includes in-house charitable events and working with external businesses to support and promote external events
Work with third-party companies to create relevant marketing adverts and editorial content to create brand awareness for the business

Skills required

Excellent literacy skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience of Mailchimp
Experience of Umbraco / WordPress
Experience of Survey Monkey
Experience of Eventbrite
Experience of Trello
Experience of Canva (or similar design tools)
Copywriting skills
SEO understanding and experience with SEM rush
Ability to research and present information in a concise and interesting style
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
Experience in a marketing role
Experience in Event Management
A degree or qualification in marketing is preferred
