Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Outskirts of Wiltshire (4 days office / 1 day home)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + benefits
 

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Executive looking to take ownership of digital channels within a well-established B2B business? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a long-standing technology company supporting clients across the UK from SMEs to major global brands.

You’ll be part of a supportive in-house marketing team, driving improvements across website management, PPC performance, CRM processes, and digital content. This role suits someone hands-on, analytical, and confident managing multiple digital touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing website updates, content and HTML changes via HubSpot
• Updating Shopify pricing and supporting eCommerce activity
• Overseeing Google Shopping performance and SEO improvements
• Managing Google Analytics, reporting on performance, and identifying optimisation opportunities
• Running and refining Google Ads campaigns, improving ROAS and managing monthly spend
• Supporting CRM management, workflow improvements and agency coordination
• Building and sending targeted customer email campaigns through HubSpot
• Writing clear, engaging copy with occasional technical detail
• Designing simple digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Maintaining partner marketing collateral and brand consistency

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Executive role
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping and Google Analytics
• Confident using HTML and managing CMS/eCommerce platforms
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, positive team player who enjoys improving processes
