We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join a busy in-house marketing team within a respected UK brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide range of digital projects, from website content and SEO to app updates and eLearning support — ideal for someone who loves getting hands-on with digital platforms and wants to grow their technical marketing skills.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for maintaining and updating company websites and mobile apps, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. You’ll also help manage the company’s eLearning platform, collaborate with external digital agencies, and contribute ideas to improve user experience and visibility online.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website and app content via CMS
- Upload blogs, case studies, product updates, and campaign creative
- Support SEO activity, including meta content, internal linking, and optimisation for UX
- Work with external web and SEO partners to enhance digital performance
- Provide admin and creative support for the company’s eLearning Academy
- Analyse digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement
About You
You’ll have a strong eye for detail, enjoy managing multiple projects, and be confident working with content management systems. You’ll bring a mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with a genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and continuous improvement.Skills & Experience
- Experience with website management via CMS
- Knowledge of SEO and web best practice
- Confident using CRM systems and analytics tools (e.g. GA4)
- Excellent written communication and content editing skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with multiple teams
