Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will report into the Marketing Manager and be involved in all aspects of the marketing function, working on activities through traditional print marketing and collateral, digital marketing, website and email marketing. You will be joining a fast-paced marketing team that work to very tight deadlines and deliver to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be highly driven and keen to prove themselves in an entrepreneurial business.

Typical activities

• Accurately artwork within the marketing templates for all print related collateral,
  digital assets for web, social media and e-shots
• Create email marketing to be sent regularly to our database using basic HTML
• Understand and interpret marketing briefs for new products
• Update websites using a bespoke CMS system
• Proofing all types of media prior to being sent out
• Reviewing performance of marketing media types

Skills set required:

Essential

• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite in particular InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience using a CMS system to update websites
• A strong attention to detail
• Must be resilient and flexible in approach to work
• Highly organized with ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
• Happy and open to receiving feedback
• Comfortable expressing ideas and brainstorm not just with creatives but all senior management
• Proven numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Highly motivated, driven and enthusiastic
• Experience of using Email Marketing platforms
