Marketing Executive

Salary: £30,000
Location: Wiltshire (hybrid)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support activity across a well-known lifestyle brand. This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience across digital and traditional marketing, with a focus on email campaigns, website content, copywriting, and creative asset support. You’ll get involved in a wide range of marketing tasks, helping the team deliver day-to-day activity as well as supporting brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing
  • Build and send campaigns in Mailchimp and Force24.
  • Manage lists, test campaigns, and track results.
  • Support with automation and campaign improvements.
• Website & Content
  • Make updates to brand websites in WordPress (new content, images, banners, blogs).
  • Create landing pages and update e-brochures.
  • Check content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Creative & Copywriting
  • Write and proof marketing copy for emails, websites, social posts, and printed materials.
  • Use Adobe InDesign/Photoshop to adapt existing artwork or create simple assets.
  • Support on design briefs for agencies/suppliers when needed.
• Campaign Support
  • Help deliver seasonal and promotional campaigns across all brands.
  • Assist with the creation of brochures, flyers, POS, and other printed marketing materials.
  • Liaise with print and production suppliers to manage artwork and deadlines.
• Marketing Admin
  • Keep marketing materials and image libraries organised.
  • Update retailer/partner portals with brand assets and information.
  • Provide general admin support for the marketing team.
• Other Activities
  • Support events, photoshoots, or trade shows as required.
  • Monitor competitor activity and feedback market insight to the team.
  • Be flexible to get involved in ad hoc marketing projects.

About You

• Experience in a marketing support or executive role (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on knowledge of Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Confident using WordPress for content updates.
• Good writing and proofreading skills.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop).
• Organised, detail-focused, and happy to juggle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
