- Fantastic opportunity for an analytical ROI focused Marketing Manager
- Plenty of scope to shine with exposure to Key Stakeholders within the business
- Achieve sales growth and develop and deploy successful lead acquisition and nurture strategy for the Projects/Quotations side of the business
- Maximize sales/leads potential and conversion through the implementation of new digital marketing techniques and strategies
- Develop strong e-merchandising for Design products with the product marketing team
- Increase customer data intelligence (targeting, special actions) and develop action plan
- Development of multi-channel campaigns to promote services/products on B2B customer base for both new and existing customers (email, DM, SEO, PR, SEM)
- Retention program focus on existing customers to become loyal buyers – and order additional products & services
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent throughout all marketing communications
- Test New media opportunities for lead generation e.g. LinkedIn, Display Advertising
- Working with an SEO agency to support local actions to achieve business KPIs (ecommerce sales & leads into projects stream)
- Growing email database and developing email “life cycle” strategy for both customers & prospects
- Segmentation of prospect/customer audiences to deliver a tailored and highly relevant marketing communication program
- Regular reporting of quote pipe and conversion funnels and forecasting sales
- Assist the Head of marketing in coordinating all marketing campaigns
- All channel coordination: PPC, SEO, mailer, social, email etc.
- Deputise for the Head of Marketing on ad-hoc occasions i.e. Annual leave
- Management of the customer marketing executive
- Weekly business review
Experience
- Experience of using segmentation tools, CRM, email tools, reporting tools
- A proven track record as a Multi-channel Marketing Manager
- Innovative thinker – confident to bring new ideas to the table – challenge existing strategy
- Present ideas, results in a clear and concise way to all stakeholders within the business
- Track record of delivering online traffic/sales/leadsgrowth
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across departments and influence non-direct reports.
- Excellent use of Word, Excel and Power point
- Lead Generation – online strategy/experience
- Experience in using SEO, LinkedIn, PR – for Lead Generation
- Evidence of content marketing & PR to improve engagement – to build brand awareness
- Expert user of Google Analytics
- Understand balance of ON & OFFLINE channels– and know which tactics to use to achieve specific goal
