As Marketing Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales & Marketing teams with the development of marketing campaigns to maximise sales and profit across all channels!
A fantastic opportunity to leap into your first Marketing position! You will need to bring confidence, energy & enthusiasm!
The day to day…
- Support the marketing team in the delivery of business and marketing objectives
- Support Area Managers with Sales & Marketing materials and collateral
- Support HubSpot marketing automation
- Support internal and external marketing event organisation
- Generate targeted communications for marketing mailings
- Support marketing team initiatives
- Liaise with external marketing suppliers
- Update and moderate IMSM’s social media networks
- Update website using WordPress
- Develop media packs & giveaways for trade shows and conferences
- Create various industry newsworthy articles
- Liaise with clients to build case studies
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- PC literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Dynamic, creative, hands-on' approach, also being a creative thinker and problem solver
- Pro-active and able to react quickly
- Good people person skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving business environment
- Team player with good sense of humour with the ability to work independently
