Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Events Manager who will be responsible for managing all business to business (B2B) tradeshow events, partner events, workshops and meet ups. You’ll leverage those events to increase customer and revenue growth, brand engagement and strengthen partner relationships. Using your strong organization, project management, and communication skills you will manage the strategy and execution of all campaigns and events globally.
Overview
- Positioning client as the market leader across all events
- Owning the events plan including trade shows, partner events, workshops and meet ups.
- Operational ownership of external customer event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees (elevator pitch, demos, etc.), stand build, supporting promotional activity, event attendance.
- Working with the Email and Content Specialist, manage digital/social engagement as well as pre- and post-show communication.
- Negotiating and executing contracts for large- and small-scale events.
- Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) for the sales team.
- Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on and ultimately optimizing event ROI
- Creating and evaluating business case justification per event strategy to align with budget allocations.
In addition, as the Account Manager you should be:
- 3-5 years experience managing multi country B2B marketing events
- Be a high-performance team player who can work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
- A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
