Opportunities like this don’t come around often! We are looking for passionate, hands on Marketing Manager to join a luxury lifestyle brand based on the edge of the Cotswolds.
If you have experience of working for a service led, lifestyle brand within the leisure and hospitality sector, we want to hear from you!
This is an exciting new position, so we need someone who is comfortable to shape and build the marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Director. Digital Marketing is the main area of focus, as they strive to increase revenue through optimising a new digital customer journey strategy and additional digital advanced spending campaigns. With so many exciting new projects lined up, matched with the recent development and launch of a new website and CMS, this role offers huge potential and opportunity.
We aren’t just looking for a strategy led people manager, you need to be holistic in your approach too. With a collaborative working environment and fun and vibrant team, you will instantly be able to gel with all stakeholders and external agencies.
Due to the location you will need your own vehicle and a little flexibility will be needed to visit another, equally as stunning sister location.
Main responsibilities…
- Devising marketing plans alongside the Marketing Director for a range of brands across a variety of marketing channels, with a particular emphasis on digital, monitoring their success and ROI
- Developing digital marketing projects to include social adverts, programmatic ads and web development
- Overseeing a small team – distributing and overseeing workloads and providing support
- Proofing and editing marketing material across the group, including news stories, social posts, web content, brochures and more
- Developing strong relationships across departments to understand and advise on marketing requirements and strategies to maximise revenue and exposure
- Developing and maintaining fantastic stakeholder relationships with suppliers, consultants and agencies
- Working alongside the Director to form the group wide short, medium and long term strategy
- Planning and managing marketing events
- Ensuring websites for the group are kept up to date
- Follow and identify new trends and monitor others within industry
- Representing the Marketing department in key work-planning meetings
- Producing reports
- Budget control for key areas of responsibility
To be considered for this position…
- At least 3-4 years people management experience
- Experienced in running multi-faceted digital campaigns- paid social, PPC, SEO, email, website and affiliates
- Proof reading and editing skills must be top notch! An exceptional eye for detail
- Data analysis and reporting experience and skill
- CMS experience
- Budget management
- Bursting full of energy, creativity, passion & intelligence
- Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable
