- Responsible for all Marketing Communications across the business

Reporting to the Managing Director, you are a member of the Commercial Team with functional responsibility for the Marketing Communications (digital and print) support services assisting both the creation of sales opportunities and development of a respected brand. You will develop a strong and effective digital presence via web, twitter, linkedin, facebook etc. Support the sales development and brand building process via co-ordination of other Marketing Communication initiatives, print, exhibitions etc. Ensure the sales team are well supported in pushing product to our customers and our brand is market visible and understood, thus pulling customers to our products.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop & populate content on website, optimising SEO and collating forensics type data to support the brand building and business development cycle.
- Create a social media presence and use this to our commercial advantage developing ‘pull’ demand for our products/ services, our brand awareness/ image and building our presence within new/ existing markets.
- Develop the company YouTube channel implementing suitable content and communications.
- Develop the companies use of technology to build our brand and promote our products/ services such as animations, augmented reality etc.
- Develop a regular e-newsletter communications brand concept for internal/ external circulation. Promoting the business externally and informing the business internally. Report on the success of the communication via tracking of clicks and click journeys.
- Manage and develop the internal branding of the companies premises and develop a suite of suitable branded giveaways for internal staff members and visitors.
- Develop a PR programme for the organisation using outside agency support where appropriate.
- Create and develop company and product literature within an integrated branding strategy.
Experience
- At least three-five years experience in a Marketing Communications role.
- Strong digital marketing experience with hands on experience of web content management tools and social media platforms with knowledge of SEO and web analytics and their use in developing marketing campaigns. Has a good eye on the technical developments within Marketing Communications.
- Experience of working with/ managing relationships with external support agencies.
- Confident, creative, self-motivated and outgoing, capable of working well on your own initiative and being self-sufficient in your approach.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and when managing multiple projects at one time.
- Strong communicational skills, verbal and written and very analytical in your approach.
