We are working with a refreshing, exciting business that have amazing growth plans for the future.
 
You will be offered to opportunity to work for a collaborative team, where you will have the ability to hone your skills in the world of digital and eCommerce.
 
Working with one of the “big 4” technology companies in the world, you will be responsible for account managing a defined list of clients and their Amazon marketplace listings.
 
Day to day responsibilities:
 
  • Liaising with Amazon to resolve issues with seller accounts
  • Liaising with clients to request required information e.g. images, product details, documentation requested by Amazon
  • Amazon Storefronts – collate images, features etc
  • Amazon Enhanced Brand Content – assist with set up and upload
  • Editing images using Photoshop
  • Adding products to the Amazon Storefront
  • Managing product listings e.g. variations maintained, listing detail and images accurate, identify closed listings and take required action
  • Amazon listing updates
  • Identifying slow selling inventory and taking corrective action to avoid extra fees (Fulfilment by Amazon)
  • Organise product giveaways for new product launches
  • Manage promotions
 
The experience you will need:
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated individual
  • Being able to work in a small and fast paced environment
  • Highly organised and able to multitask without any loss of output or focus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Eager and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central advantageous, however a keen Amazon shopper who can identify what makes a good product listing is key
  • Outgoing personality
