Our client is a successful B2B company importing Leading products from across the world and distributing them through many U.K. Distributors. Based on our philosophy of “Quality - Reliability – Integrity” in our products, services, and business approach, we have established a leading market position in the United Kingdom.
This is an exciting Hands On digital role to direct the continuing growth of our business. You will play a key role in the planning, delivery, and performance of marketing activities, be involved in setting marketing strategy and ensuring marketing campaign delivery. This will involve you in many aspects of our business and you will have the satisfaction of not only seeing things through from beginning to end, but also to see their impact on our business.
Overview
- Working with the CEO/Managing Director to set, execute and manage marketing strategies and communications across all channels, and implement related tactics.
- Deliver campaign plans and ensure the right activity is in place to meet business objectives for website projects and ongoing support for SEO/SEM, CRM, PPC, E-mail Marketing, Content creation and social media.
- Present marketing programs and budgets to senior leaders.
- Manage the company’s website portfolio to keep it fresh and engaging using analytics tools and insights. (Experience using WIX and some HTML is advantageous).
- Develop and implement the company’s e-mail marketing strategy (We currently use Mailchimp).
- Assist in improving the Companies Databases.
- Production of marketing material, including print material, digital and video assets.
- Manage supplier relations for all specific projects, communication agencies, designers, printers, developers, and publishers.
In addition, as the Digital Marketing Manager you should be:
- Understanding of the B2B marketplace
- Have a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of product marketing with previous « Hands On « experience in a marketing/management role.
- Have experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Google Analytics, Adwords
- Competent in the use of CRM databases and the usual Microsoft packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good project management skills with attention to detail and timelines, and multitasking different projects
- Good copywriting skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
- The successful candidate will be smart, ambitious, and experienced. They will have an outgoing personality, be easy to talk to with a good sense of humour and an ability to work as one of the team.
