Marketing Coordinator
Swindon
Salary- upto 25k DOE
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join an established business based in central Swindon.
Working closely with the senior management team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in defining the Marketing strategy before executing across the full marketing mix.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate ‘ideas person’ with a strong commercial understanding. Ideally you will have 2 year’s experience, looking for the next step up.
You will be responsible for the effective management and timely delivery of marketing collateral to support the company.
Role Responsibilities…
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences and competitors
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to increase company sales and revenue
- Writing and proofreading creative copy, content and articles
- Maintaining websites
- Analysing data analytics
- Organising events and product exhibitions working to an event calendar
- Updating databases and using the CRM
- Coordinating internal marketing – managing a central point for marketing materials
- Monitoring performance and creating ROI on all social media via Google analytics etc.
- Managing campaigns on social media
- Management of pay-per-click advertising campaigns
- Attending networking meetings to build relationships and expand market share
- At least 2 years working within a Marketing Administration position
- Demonstrable experience of creating and managing marketing campaigns
- Experience of using Wordpress, Mailchimp and Google Analytics
- Adobe Creative suite experience
- Ideal eCommerce experience
- Impeccable English writing skill
- Confident communication skills
- Highly organised, used to managing a busy workload
- Creative, ideas thinker
- Flexible, hands on, hardworking
