Website Content Coordinator
Swindon
Upto £22k + bonus + benefits
As Website Content Coordinator, you will ensure all content across multiple websites is maintained to a high standard, changes are made swiftly and with a high level of accuracy.
You will take ownership of all trading performance, exceeding KPI’s and constantly looking at positive changes to enhance all aspects of the websites.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for and owner of the website trading margin performance, ensuring performance is monitored and the website is optimised for maximum margin.
- Building new products onto websites ensuring that a high level of quality and consistency is maintained to ensure the customer journey is smooth
- Maintenance of websites and all associated white label websites, to ensure all information is current, relevant and any changes are made in a timely fashion.
- Ensure the products are portrayed correctly and to maximise the key selling points.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for the final sign off process for database communications
- Review all press, e-shots and websites to ensure the publications/products are making ROI
- Experience of working within a similar marketing role
- Self-driven with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality and attention to detail
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
- Reliable, tolerant and determined
- Keen for responsibility and accountability
- Computer literate, must be able to use MS Office, CMS and an understanding of SEO practices
