Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Executive to join this established organisation based in Swindon on a 6 month contract
The Position…
The focus of the Senior Marketing Campaign Executive will be to acquire, engage and support customers, promoting the professional standard. Driving increased registrations through digital marketing and engagement with partner organisations.
- Ensuring that:
- Content on the website is represented in the correct areas and information is always up to date
- Support the internal teams by assisting with the development and delivery of the marketing plans. Raising awareness within key audiences and ultimately driving conversion to registrations.
- Assist in the development of a digital marketing plan for that covers social media, online advertising and web content. Deliver, monitor and refine the digital marketing plan based on results to drive maximum ROI.
- Work with internal teams to develop and produce supporting collateral and content to acquire and engage new organisational partners.
- Develop successful working relationships with existing marketing agencies to support in delivery of the marketing plan where necessary.
- Monitor and track the marketing budget including raising and processing purchasing orders, ensuring activity spend is value for money and delivering effectiveness. Ensure regular reporting documentation is maintained for budget spend to date and monthly allocations.
- Ensure the company remains compliant in its use of external data relating to non-members, applying understanding of relevant legislation, e.g. Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, Cookie Law.
To be considered for this role…
- Proven experience of digital marketing
- Marketer that can demonstrate knowledge of the full marketing mix
- Demonstrable experience of measuring success of previous marketing campaigns
- Experience of dealing with external companies/third parties to promote uptake of products
- Demonstrate the ability to work with sales teams to deliver marketing for your product area
- Proven experience of CRM
- Experience of managing budgets – reporting, tracking and forecasting
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a subject relevant to the role or the organisation
- CIM or IDM marketing qualification highly desirable
- Radiate enthusiasm and encourage participation
- Influence with a combination of intuition and evidence
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong project and organisational skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills, easily engaging with external and internal colleagues
- Strong team player with a desire to succeed and search for continuous improvement
- Approachable and supportive
