Website Designer
Swindon
Salary- upto £30,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for a Web Designer to join a growing organisation based in Swindon
The Position:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and creative individual with excellent attention to detail who can deliver work accurately. Creativity is a must and we are looking for someone that has a passion for Web Design. The candidate will keep up to date with web technologies and demonstrate good communication skills. This role is incredibly varied, seeing you design and develop a new website every few days.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing website design concepts, then proceeding to build
- Creating other forms of artwork for digital and print signage
- Engaging with customers regarding designs
- Contributing to discussions for new design projects
- Making amendments and updates to websites using our CMS
Personal characteristics & Experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience of jQuery preferred
- A keen eye for visuals and design, including good use of typography
- Knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator
- Experience using CMS for example, Joomla or WordPress
An up to date portfolio will be required to support your application
