Studio Trafficker
Cirencester
Salary – upto £25,000 DOE
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Studio Trafficker to join a busy Studio based in Cirencester.
Working collaboratively across the wider marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of all print and digital marketing materials, managing workflows from planning through to final sign off. Working alongside the Studio Manager, you will be taking responsibility ensuring the studio is running efficiently, managing all new requests and allocating resource.
Role Responsibilities:
• Take full control of the studio diary resource booking process
• Taking design briefs in, reviewing and feeding back to clarify any unclear or missing specifications
• Clearly communicate project status across teams
• To manage the entire project lifecycle from conception – planning – design – development – testing and delivery, proof and sign off processes
• Managing and allocating any new requests
• Liaise with project coordinators on an on-going basis
To be considered for this role:
• Excellent communication skills required to effectively maintain workflow and inform relevant parties of key status points and potential issues
• Good relationship building and influencing skills
• Project Management – well organised and confident working with strict deadlines/budgets, as well as overseeing proofing and sign off procedures
• Knowledge of the print and digital production process
• Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
• Excellent organisational skills
• Problem Solving – able to think outside the box to gain success with a strong eye for detail
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Creative thinker
• A confident individual who can remain calm, efficient and positive under pressure; able to adapt to change and redefine goals where necessary.
