Joining as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the following:
· Working with a team of business developers to identify key companies to target for new business
· Searching through a variety of channels for new candidates
· Responsible for developing and delivering new business targets within a defined specialist area
· CRM management – uploading relevant information onto the CRM correctly
· Adding relevant candidates/client information to the CRM inline with the companies needs and expectations
· Identifying key clients within a specified area to land & expand. Working to a structured pipeline funnel to increase annual revenue whilst maintaining and building strong business relationships
· Identify leads to pass to BD and research independently
· Establishing strong relationships with candidates over the phone and face to face to understand career needs and recommending suitable businesses to talk with about their skills
· Meeting with clients to discuss recruitment plans/needs, discussing in depth company culture, structure, vision and job needs analysis
· Writing compelling job ads to attract best talent
· Matching against the clients requirement, sourcing relevant candidates and qualifying against the role.
· Writing cohesive and detailed precis to present alongside their CV to effectively sell the candidate with the aim of securing interviews
· Giving detailed overviews of candidates to the team and to external customers with the aim of promoting the candidate to achieve a win win outcome
· Working towards weekly, monthly KPI’s
· Working towards weekly/monthly and annual revenue based targets
· Key account management, understanding individual client need and adapting where necessary
· Responsible for writing a strategy to land and expand and win new business within defined Geo/Sectors
· Positively promoting the businesses brand through exceptional service levels to both clients and candidates
· Offering training and support to junior team members
· Completing weekly and monthly reports to give insight to client retention, client wins, placements and revenue
· Running sales meetings in the absence of the Sales Directors/Directors
· Updating boards with figures and KPI’s
· Using social media to promote the business and job roles
Skills Required
· You will be a great communicator. Someone that relishes talking to people, getting under the skin of what makes them tick and then sourcing relevant opportunities against their career requirements
· Resilient and prepared to make lots of calls to get to that gem of a candidate
· Amazing copywriting skills coupled with a creative mind
· Ability to spot an opportunity at 100 paces and go above and beyond to speak to that key decision maker
· Excellent ability to juggle multiple projects, clients and candidates.
· Technology savvy with a thirst for learning new systems and processes
· The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
· Desire to be successful
