We are recruiting for a Senior Digital Project Manager for a growing, forward thinking tech company based in Swindon.
Working with cutting edge technology, you will be responsible for leading the production team to deliver 1st class projects for a variety of clients that are looking for innovative, cutting edge solutions for their business.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
· Lead the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
· You will see each project from face to face briefing, production process and end delivery
· You will manage your team, overseeing the production of the projects and managing budgets
· Working with new project management software, you will be responsible for tracking the project, job project costing, scheduling and reporting
· Responsible for decision making and offering intuitive ideas to improve process and team productivity
Key Skills required
· Experience of working within a similar project based role where you have coordinated numerous campaigns/projects simultaneously
· Agency side experience or campaign/project marketing experience
· A thirst for working within a busy agency
· Excellent planning and coordination skills
· High levels of attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills with internal departments, suppliers and customers
· Knowledge or a desire to understand all things digital and tech
· Confident at managing your own time
· Budget management experience
· Experience of streamlining and implementing processes to enhance productivity
