Rocking Zebra Recruitment is recruiting for a Marketing Account Administrator to join the Partnerships team within a dynamic and thriving organisation based on the outskirts of Cirencester.
The key focus for this role is to support the delivery of marketing activity with partners. Including but not limited to; activation of marketing communications plans, briefing and proofing artwork, analysis and reporting and general administrative duties

Key Responsibilities
· Briefing in and proofing artwork and copy for print and digital communications for use through our partnerships channels
- Attending meetings with partners in support of the Partnership Account Manager
- General administrative duties
· Answering queries and providing resources (copy, artwork, logos and sales figures)
· Role development leading to account and campaign management for smaller partners
· Co-ordinating communications plans for each partner involving collating opportunities and pricing. Analysis of return on investment of these opportunities
- Liaising with partners and publishing contacts to maintain the communications / campaign planning tool.
Reporting, analysis and systems:
- Responsible for defining, creating, updating, scheduling and analysis of sales reports using the MicroStrategy reporting suite to provide the Partnerships Director and Partnerships Account Manager with the resources needed for decision making.
- Ensuring commission statements are created through the finance team, and providing these to the account managers to send to key contracted partners
- To create new partnership discount codes for stores and head office
Key Experience and skills
· Knowledge of marketing
· Analytical approach
· Aptitude for numbers
· A basic understanding of the charity/not-for-profit sector is beneficial
· IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
· Driving licence
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Commercially astute
· A team player who enjoys taking ownership of individual projects and wider department objectives
· Strong time management skills
· Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
· Flexible and able to move between projects quickly and easily
· Enjoys a fast-paced environment
