Rocking Zebra Recruitment is recruiting for a Campaign Marketing Coordinator to join a successful marketing team that are growing. You will be joining this team during a period of incredible growth.
The role is to support the marketing department through the execution of all campaigns through online and print channels. The role is also responsible for identifying and coordinating all Print Advertising, Display Advertising, Events, Trade Shows, SMS and other marketing channels as appropriate.
Develop and execute campaigns:
· To provide support to the entire marketing team by coordinating the planning and execution of multiple campaigns as needed
· To provide timely, engaging campaigns for usage across all acquisition and retention channels
· Ensure messages are segmented and appropriate for each channel
· Quality control on all messages in each channel to be appropriate for the target audience
Identify and execute all print and display advertising across the UK:
· Coordinate and execute all placements of print and display campaigns to drive the maximum benefit for campaigns and online sales acquisition
· Work alongside the PR manager to build and manage strong relationships with all local and national newspapers and media outlets to place print and display advertising
Maintain a metrics report on ROI of print, display and events of print, events
· Daily monitoring of print, display and events to prove
Ability to allocate budget and ensure all suppliers are paid on time
Key Experience required
- Proven work experience as a marketing assistant or demonstrable experience in marketing or creative background.
- Proven ability to coordinate large scale projects and events
- Ability to tailor writing to different audiences and according to different media (print, web, social, PR)
- Comprehensive understanding of branding, tone of voice and importance of customer service to maintain reputation
- experience of working with and managing social media channels
- Confidence in meetings and when offering communications advice to colleagues
- Good organisational skills, able to ‘multi-task’, with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, and able to develop creative ideas
- Willingness to travel to coordinate trade shows
