Exciting new Digital Marketing Manager role!

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer to drive performance across PPC, SEO, display and social acquisition channels.
This role will work directly with the Head of to drive the digital acquisition journey for customers. We are looking for someone who can help lead this charge:
Key responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute our SEO strategy alongside our product, content, and tech teams.
Work day-to-day with our agency partner to grow and optimise our PPC channel.
Develop, optimise, and maintain our display advertising campaign on web.
Hit aggressive digital targets while efficiently managing the digital channels.
Work with product and tech to optimise the digital journey per channel through website and landing page optimisation.
Work closely with the senior manager to place relevant content digitally through social, e-mail, and other digital channels to drive interest in our brand and product.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Develop tracking, ROI measurement and optimisation across all the digital channels.
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies within digital marketing.
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Skills & Experience:
Strong, proven background in Digital Marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, and display channels.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adword campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking especially on tracking against targets within lead conversion funnel.
Ability to thrive in a start-up organization where things don’t necessarily go to plan.
