Paid Search Manager
Newbury
£25,000 - £35,000 + bonus + benefits
Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an experienced and accomplished Digital Marketing Professional, to join an established agency as their Paid Search Manager.
Joining in a newly created role, you will be working at Senior Management level to continue to shape, grow and deliver continued success!
Key Responsibilities:
· You will grow and develop the performance marketing function
· You will manage and grow performance activities in PPC, demand side platforms and Affiliate networks
· You will be an expert in social media advertising and be able to maximise campaign performance
· You will be commercially minded and manage marketing budget and forecast to deliver efficient return-on-investment
· You will test strategies and channels for increased traffic and revenue
· You will work closely with other digital marketing team members and associates to ensure strategies are in line with other channels
· You will identify opportunity areas for growth and optimization
· You will communicate insights learned through campaigns across the company
· You will be seen as an expert in the performance marketing space and be able to train other team members

Key Skills/Experience:
· You have significant experience in working in PPC
· Experienced in working on Google Adwords
· You will have a degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or Business
· You have additional knowledge of real time bidding, display buying, retargeting, Facebook ads and other social media ad platforms
· You are a self-starter, confident and want to achieve success
· Strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Google Analytics
· You will be experienced with ecommerce marketing and knowledge of other online marketing channels and interactions with each other
· You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
