Scaling ecommerce wellness brand across international territories.We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join the expanding marketing team.Responsible for overseeing email marketing and retention strategies. This role will shape the future of email and retention marketing, driving customer engagement, repeat purchases, and helping build our team. This is a strategic role focused on data-driven decisions, testing, and optimizing activities that grow customer loyalty.Headlines :-

Develop and execute a best-in-class email marketing strategy

Test various content, messaging, and audience segments to determine optimal approach

Use data analysis and insights to refine and optimize all retention activities.

Collaborate with content team to brief and produce effective email campaigns.

Lead A/B testing initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in campaign performance.

Identify new communication channels and opportunities to engage customers.

Regularly report on email and retention performance, tracking KPIs and business targets.

Participate in cross-functional marketing activities, including acquisition, content creation, affiliate marketing, and campaign planning.
Experience:--
Minimum of 3 years' experience with email marketing and ideally within an ecommerce environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Proven track record of optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive sales

Experience leading a team is highly desirable but not essential.
