Rocking Zebra Recruitment is currently recruiting for an amazing brand based in Swindon.
Reporting into the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on brand print and digital advertising and marketing needs. Working with a number of Marketing Managers, taking briefs and managing production time lines
Key Responsibilities
· Project manage multiple requests for marketing material
· Communicate to Marketing Managers to set monthly deadlines regarding print and digital
· Forming solid working relationships
· Delivering a professional service to the marketing teams
· Work with external agencies or freelancers
· Proof reading all materials before final sign off
· Work with the Digital Designer to schedule in digital work
· Liaise with departmental colleagues where necessary
· Scheduling and trafficking adhoc creative briefs for marketing teams
Skills & Experience
· Previous successful relevant brand and production experience gained either agency or client side
· Proven experience of scheduling and managing projects
· Qualification in English, Design or Business Studies (desirable)
· Proven marketing experience
· Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects
· Strong relationship management
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Well organised and methodical
· A keen interest in digital development and trends online
