Would you like to be part of a buzzing team, working within the sales and marketing arena?
Rocking Zebra are looking to recruit a Marketing & Social Media Apprentice to work alongside the team, supporting with all social media and marketing activities.
During your 12 month apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 3 Digital Marketing Diploma.
Key areas that you will focus on:
· Uploading copy and content to the RZ Website
· Writing creative content for social media channels; Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and posting through Hootsuite
· Working with the Directors on the annual marketing calendar, offering unique and innovative ideas in line with the Rocking Zebra brand
· Marketing the business to 2 distinct audiences, ensuring the correct messaging for each audience
· Manging the RZ LinkedIn company page
· Working on email campaigns to targeted audiences
· Working with the BD Team to collate testimonials
· Contacting local and national media, building relationships and forwarding press releases
· Working with external agencies on creative and digital plans
· Creative input for the RZ Times and other marketing materials
· Management of all promotional material
· Event management, keeping an annual calendar of events and networking engagements
· Responsible for staff monthly, 1/4ly and annual incentives and days/weekends away
· Reporting – using Google Analytics
· Monthly sales reporting
· Competitor research
· CRM Management
What are we looking for?
· A tenacious and confident individual who has a passion for marketing
· A sponge that wants to immerse themselves within a sales and marketing agency
· A creative eye and an inquisitive mind
· Completed media/marketing qualification during education
· A good education up to A Level or equivalent
· Social media savvy
· Great attention to detail with an analytical mindset
· Great communication skills
· Ability to work in a busy, ever changing, dynamic recruitment business
Requirements:
- In order to be eligible for the apprenticeship scheme you must be 16-24 years old
- If you have achieved an HND or degree qualifications you are not eligible for the programme
- C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
- To possess excellent communication skills- both written and verbal. You may be expected to communicate via email, letter and/or on the telephone
- To be able to use their initiative and work autonomously
- To be willing to learn and be a good team player
- To be hardworking
