Joining the team as an E-commerce & Marketing professional! This company is known for commitment to excellence and superior craftsmanship. Established in 2008, they have quickly become a leader in their industry.
This E-commerce & Marketing department continues to experience significant growth, they are seeking a dedicated team player to join them in establishing their brand as a leader in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our online stores, overseeing traffic acquisition, sales, and inventory
- Collaborate with external web agencies to ensure smooth development and deployment processes
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and technologies for enhancing customer experience and driving sales
- Maintain the backend website functions
- Assist with internal project deliverables
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on company-wide data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the wider team in product launches
- Assist the Senior E-commerce Executive
- Contribute to website maintenance and handle general ad hoc responsibilities
Candidate Profile / Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms would be advantageous
- Experience working with external agencies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- International e-commerce experience would be a plus
- Analytical and proactive approach to e-commerce
- A team player who can collaborate effectively within the team and the business
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Possession of a full UK driving license
