Customer service and commitment to our client and candidates has been the driving force behind our brand. We strive to get it right, first time, every time. Occasionally things do not go as planned. We believe that you have the right to know what level of service you can expect from us all the time, even in those rare moments when we fall short of the very high standards we have set ourselves.

Candidates

  • To offer each registered candidate a detailed telephone/face to face conversation to ascertain skills and experience to ensure best fit for our client base
  • To discuss as many relevant and open job opportunities with the candidates to increase their placement probability
  • To update the candidates records on the CRM with most relevant CV/Notes/Portfolios
  • To notify the candidate of interview feedback as soon as this has been obtained
  • To keep the candidate up to date with relevant job opportunities
  • Rocking Zebra has the highest levels of integrity and will always offer honest feedback even if it is not what the candidate wants to hear

 

Clients

  • To offer each client a detailed telephone/face to face conversation to ascertain recruitment need
  • To offer clients up to date market/industry knowledge in relation to salaries, job titles, key skills and recruitment process
  • To take a detailed brief of each opportunity – to include technical competence and cultural fit for the organisation, offering insight and recommendation where applicable
  • To act as an extension of the Clients organisation, in the delivery of the recruitment brief
  • Rocking Zebra will always act with integrity and offer a very responsive service to match the clients operational needs
  • To offer each client a spectrum of relevant candidates to match the skill, salary and experience in line with the brief
  • To offer the highest level of service and support to the client until the recruitment campaign has been fulfilled
  • To maintain regular contact with each client as their business evolves
