As an Account Manager with us, you’ll be the driving force behind our project excellence. You’ll:

Lead the delivery of client projects with precision and flair.
Organize and lead client meetings, making sure every detail is covered.
Create client briefs, quotes, and schedules, working closely with project management.
Develop strong client relationships, always adding value and ensuring satisfaction.
Educate clients on best practices and creative brilliance.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Maintain financial health across accounts, identifying and solving issues.
Contribute to new business activities, pitches, and RFPs.

Skills needed.

Proven account management experience at a digital agency or similar.
Hands-on involvement in pitch processes.
Deep understanding of the digital landscape and how to leverage it.
Track record of building exceptional client relationships.
Strong professionalism and presence to inspire confidence.
