This is an opportunity to move beyond reporting and play a key role in shaping customer acquisition, retention and commercial performance through data-led decision making.Working closely with channel specialists across digital marketing, CRM and customer engagement, you'll uncover opportunities, design experiments, evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations that influence strategy.The Role

Analyse marketing performance across acquisition, conversion and customer retention

Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

Design and evaluate testing programmes, including incrementality and attribution analysis

Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement
-
Analyse customer behaviour, retention, frequency and lifetime value trends

Use SQL and Python (or R) to interrogate large datasets and uncover actionable insights

Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to support business growth

Present findings and recommendations in a clear, commercially relevant way
About You-
Strong SQL skills with experience analysing large datasets

Experience using Python or R for analysis and modelling

Understanding of statistical testing, attribution and marketing measurement

Background analysing digital marketing, CRM or customer data
-
Knowledge of customer lifecycle metrics including retention, frequency and lifetime value
-
Comfortable translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations

Commercially aware, naturally curious and proactive in solving problems
Desirable-
Experience within retail, consumer, eCommerce or multi-channel environments

Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or GCP
-
Understanding of incrementality testing and marketing mix modelling
