A growing, consumer brand is looking for an Ecommerce Executive to help deliver a seamless and engaging online customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous ecommerce experience who enjoys blending trading, merchandising, analytics and customer journey optimisation within a fast-paced B2C environment.
You’ll support the day-to-day management of the ecommerce site, helping to optimise product categories, launch campaigns and improve online performance through data-driven insight and strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and optimising ecommerce product categories

Supporting onsite launches and promotional campaigns

Maintaining product content, imagery and merchandising

Monitoring website performance and customer behaviour

Using analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement

Supporting customer journey improvements across the website

Working closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

Helping maintain an accurate, high-performing ecommerce environment
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an ecommerce or online trading role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Microsoft Clarity
-
Understanding of ecommerce merchandising and online customer journeys

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
-
Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms would be advantageous
-
A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused mindset
