Senior Paid Media Manager
Are you a commercially driven paid media specialist who thrives on performance, optimisation, and scaling campaigns internationally?
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to lead and grow multi-channel paid campaigns across international markets for a fast-growing premium consumer brand.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping, Display, Retargeting and Programmatic channels.
Working closely with eCommerce, CRM, Creative and Brand teams, you’ll combine data-led decision making with strong creative instincts to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and ROAS performance.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest and other platforms

Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and ROAS improvements

Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and media planning

Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable insight

Continuously test audiences, creative, bidding strategies and landing pages

Become the internal paid media expert and help shape future team growth
What We’re Looking For

Proven hands-on experience across Paid Search and Paid Social

Strong commercial understanding of ROAS, CPA and performance KPIs
-
Experience managing sizeable paid media budgets

Background within eCommerce, DTC or performance-led consumer brands

Confident using analytics and campaign data to drive decisions

Experience working across international markets is highly desirable

A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for testing and optimisation

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
