Artworker – Marketing & Creative Team
Location: Swindon
Salary: Up to £30,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you an experienced Artworker with a sharp creative eye and strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite? Do you enjoy producing accurate, high-quality artwork across digital and print channels while working to tight deadlines?

We’re supporting a well-established brand to recruit an Artworker to join their busy in-house marketing team. This role will play a key part in supporting multi-channel artwork delivery, ensuring consistency of brand presentation across press ads, flyers, direct mail, brochures, digital assets, and social media content.

The Role

  • Produce artwork within brand templates for print and digital campaigns
  • Manage artwork priorities and workflow across the team to meet strict deadlines
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on artwork and press queries
  • Prepare artwork files for print, ensuring correct specifications and processes
  • Action amends across all sign-off stages, maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Provide occasional ad hoc design support across marketing channels

About You

  • Skilled in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop essential)
  • Experienced in print-specific artwork including pre-flighting and outputting
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
