Are you a creative and ambitious marketer looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want a role where you’ll gain exposure to the full marketing mix, with real opportunities to grow and progress?
We’re working with a highly respected, purpose-led brand based in Wiltshire, who are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in all aspects of brand marketing – from digital and experiential through to trade and packaging – while also developing the strategic and creative skills needed to progress further in your career.
This is a full-time role, requiring 4 days a week in the office, so you’ll need to be within a reasonable commute and have your own transport.
What you’ll be doing
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns and newsletters
- Keep the website up to date with fresh, compelling content
- Support and lead on elements of consumer shows, events and community initiatives, representing the brand externally
- Contribute to trade marketing activities, including point-of-sale materials and monthly trade communications
- Manage photography, sample logistics and press packs to support wider campaigns
- Ensure packaging, labels and product artwork are accurate, consistent and on brand
- Contribute to sustainability and community projects – bringing creativity and ownership to values-led initiatives
- Write internal updates and marketing copy to keep the business engaged with campaigns
What you’ll bring
- Previous marketing experience (ideally in digital, brand) with a desire to step up into a broader Executive role
- Strong creative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves across both creative and admin tasks
- An interest in sustainability, and purpose-led business
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Bonus skills (not essential): Photoshop, SEO, paid social advertising
Why apply?
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to step up, gain broad experience, and build a career in marketing within a values-driven brand. You’ll be part of a supportive, passionate team where you’ll have room to grow, progress, and make an impact.
