Due to continued success, my established family ran business is looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing specialist to join their young, vibrant, and talented team.

Our client has successfully created a ‘powerhouse’ of a Marketing team over the last 7 years. Creativity, ownership, and progression are at the heart of this business, resulting in incredible team tenure. 

Reporting to the e-Commerce Manager, and working as part of the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing growth of this successful business via their online channels, analysing sales data, and forecasting stock requirements across various platforms and territories.

The ability to interpret data is key, to provide recommendations to management based on information available. You will have strong commercial acumen required to analyse stock, costings, and margins data - to ensure stock accuracy and company profitability in line with targets.

The day to day…

• Analyse Amazon UK and EU sales data on a weekly basis to forecast stock requirements, as well as general maintenance of listings to optimise their performance
• Analysis of Amazon charges and margins to ensure company profitability in line with targets
• Working with management to ensure stock accuracy across the business
• Set up and maintain new product costings, price lists and records on Excel and the internal accounting software system
• Create and maintain UK, Ireland and Export price lists (Excel)
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales statistics for management review
• Provide efficient, accurate and in some cases, highly confidential administrative support and data analysis at a senior level
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Office function where needed.

To be considered for this role…

• Graduate / degree-educated (desirable) with relevant previous experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot sheets, VLOOKUP’s etc)
• Excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner, and the ability to build strong business relationships
• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage projects
• Self-starter with enthusiasm and attention to detail
• A good understanding of online sales and retail would be an advantage
• A full, clean driving licence and being a car owner is preferable.
