£30000 - £35000 + car allowance + generous commission

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to work as part of the Sales & Account Management team to maintain and build strong relationships with existing and newly acquired clients, adding real value to the conversation. You will be expected to secure repeat business but also to look for new opportunities within each client and build your accounts. 

Consultative Sales
Your objective is to become a valued advisor to each of your clients, moving from a transactional to a consultative approach to selling and business growth. You will achieve this by building a strong understanding of your clients’ brands, their values, their culture and comms plan as well as a detailed understanding of their needs.

 

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients at a senior level
  • Developing and executing a strategy to grow clients and find new contacts
  • Ability to take a brief from a client, demonstrating a clear understanding of requirements
  • An ability to write proposal documents as well as working with the creative team on larger tenders
  • Researching clients to gain an in-depth knowledge of brands, values, culture.  
  • Update our CRM with latest information and summary of conversations.       

Required Skills

  • A proven track record in Account Management and maintaining client relationships and a senior level. 
  • Experience in face-to-face client meetings  
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • An ability to write proposal and pitch documents
  • A strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and social media channels
