Responsibilities
- Working within a fast paced eCommerce department
- Responsible for assisting with the running of major online selling platforms, eBay and Amazon
- Setting up promotional campaigns and monitoring performance
- Monitoring trends on marketplaces and researching competitors
- Managing pricing and promotions and ensuring pricing, imagery, and content is displayed correctly
- Reporting on marketplace performance by providing analysis and recommendation
- Manage and build a strong relationship with marketplace third party suppliers
- Generating keywords for effective optimisation
- Responsible for image manipulation using PhotoShop
- Writing product copy, ensuring rich, engaging content
- Monitoring orders to ensure they are correctly processed
- Reporting back on sales skus and promotions
- Excellent attention to detail and experience of using Excel
- Experience of working within an eCommerce department or a keen interest in eCommerce
- Copy and content writing experience
- Experience of using Photoshop
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work with external suppliers and internal departments, forging strong relationships
- An inquisitive mind, enjoying research and reporting back on marketing campaigns
