Marketing Manager
HO – Wantage, however flexible working location
Salary- upto 50k DOE + benefits
We’re looking for a brilliant Marketing Manager to join a super busy marketing team. You’ll be supporting with the delivery of outstanding marketing campaigns which helps to raise the profile of the agency and develop compelling thought leadership to attract new and existing customers.
It would be ideal if you had experience of working within professional services, a small consultancy or a marketing agency.
Your work will cover diverse projects and channels, from social media campaigns and award entries to recruitment support and content development – each day is different. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the promotion of products and services to help the agency grow its customer base, both regionally and globally.
The Marketing Manager will have a crucial role in raising the brand profile, not only in the UK but also working alongside global marketing colleagues in the US, Europe and Australia. You’ll help develop effective, creative content and campaigns to deliver against growth objectives. As a member of the agency’s marketing team your work will be high profile!
You’ll be supporting the Global Marketing Director and working alongside other's within the Marketing team. You will be responsible for a variety of marketing activities, including:
- Responsible for owning, implementing, and optimising the marketing plan across channels including events, thought leadership, social and email.
- Create and manage the content and marketing calendar
- Organise and manage our events and sponsorships
- Manage our website including updates, optimisation, content changes, design tweaks and messaging. Project manage internal teams to create quality content and thought leadership.
To be considered…
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience working within professional services, a small consultancy or an agency
- Previous experience managing events and awards, and developing content
- Exceptional written English is a must for this role
- A proactive, enthusiastic marketer
- Stakeholder management experience
- A good understanding of a broad range of tactics, ideally including digital, content, events, and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organisational skills, great attention to detail
Desirable skills:
- Experience with the following platforms is preferred and training will be provided:
- Hubspot CRM, Sales and Marketing
- 3 years' experience working within a marketing environment
