As a Product Data Executive, you will be joining a highly successful team where the majority of their products are sold through online channels. This role will work closely with the ecommerce and management team to analyse sales and cost data to ensure company profitability across various platforms
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales and cost data to ensure company profitability across online and offline platforms
- Set up and maintain new product costings, price lists and records on Excel and the internal software system.
- Create and maintain UK, Ireland and Export price lists using Excel
- Collate raw data received from customers and suppliers into costings, budgets and reports for management analysis
- Produce and maintain UK and Export customer quotations.
- Preparing daily and monthly sales statistics for management review.
- Provide efficient, accurate and in some cases, highly confidential administrative support and data analysis at a senior level.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Office function where needed.
- Act as a central support / point of contact in the office
What you need to bring…
- Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot sheets, Vlookups etc)
- Intermediate to advanced level experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, email and internet.
- Excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner, and the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage projects.
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Relevant previous experience in a similar role.
- A good understanding of online sales and retail would be an advantage.
- A full, clean driving licence and being a car owner is preferable.
