Online Merchandiser

As part of the eCommerce team, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a best in class user experience across all retail and wholesale websites. 
 
Frontend-focused but highly competent using a website content management systems, you will be passionate about promoting products with love, care and attention to detail. You will work with Marketing and Design teams to merchandise new and existing products and categories. 
 
You will need to understand and utilise insight from analytical tools to deliver effortless customer journeys, identify bestsellers, underperforming and high stock lines and provide a VM approach that maximises sales. Identify refinements that can be made to PLP and PDP pages, on-site search, navigation, categorisation and filtering to optimise user experience will be key in the success of this role. 
 
You will be the point of contact for all front end enquiries, liaising with other departments to deliver an online proposition that fully supports the brand and helps us to achieve ambitious business goals. Both creative and analytical in equal measure you will have a strong eye for design and detail. Able to deal with multiple tasks, maintaining high level of accuracy. 
 
Computer literate with excellent Excel skills. You will be commercially aware with strong business acumen. You will be Degree educated and/or have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a website administrator or digital similar role.
