We are working with a fantastic agency that have recently had some amazing client wins. Looking to appoint 3 Account Managers to working across a selection of clients.

Day to day responsibilities:
- Managing from end-to-end, with help from your Senior Account Manager, live projects and campaigns through the agency ensuring correct processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered to brief and on time.
- Ownership of weekly Status Reports, ensuring that these are despatched in a timely fashion to Clients.
- Participating in weekly Status meetings, showing confidence and a thorough understanding of all projects in which you are involved.
- Establishing yourself as a strong account handler both internally and with the Client, showing the ability to quickly build relationships, instilling trust & confidence in Client.
- Maintaining clear and accurate documentation, files and recording notes and actions from meetings carefully.
- Demonstrating a strong commercial sense by keeping a budget tracker and finance elements up to date and aiding the SAM/AD in forecasting each month.
The experience you will need:
- The ability to build and maintain appropriate and effective working relationships with key Clients, suppliers and colleagues alike.
- Writes and speaks clearly, fluently and in a compelling manner to both individuals and groups.
- Plans, organises and controls work and resources to achieve specified outcome (anticipates potential problems and accounts for them in brief or scope).
- Able to produce effective and clear campaign briefs
- Works well as part of a team and is cooperative, friendly and supportive towards other team members.
- Is comfortable with presenting, has positive body language and demeanour… and most importantly, is a good listener.
- Possesses relevant depth and range of technical knowledge and skills.
- A proven track record that you have worked on an account, which required you to juggle / manage several projects / campaigns at once, and all that entails, would be preferred.

Needs to have a good understanding of;
Agency process, from taking Client’s Brief, through to campaign delivery
Knowledge of digital communications
Experience in direct / email marketing
Worked on large brands
Strong commercial acumen
Experience of working in multi-channel environment
Has a good sense of creative excellence and appropriateness
