Rocking Zebra Recruitment is recruiting for a Product Manager for the planning, leading organising and motivating a product development team to achieve the development and deployment of products aligned with main organisation objectives.
Own and manage concurrent high visibility product development utilising agile methodology across multiple divisions.
Provide a consultative and collaborative approach to ensure the appropriate people, process and tools are in place whilst coaching teams to optimise efficiency and achieve goals within designated constraints.
Key responsibilities: -
- Plan manage product development
- Develop and lead a high performing team
- Blend project management principles and practices to fit critical product development
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
- Continually review the commercial viability
- Support, coach, mentor and manage team to produce a highly effective team
Skills & experience
- Demonstrable experience and a track record of success to lead the development of product and ensure objectives, goals and commitments aremet

Demonstrable experience in using appropriate tools and product developmentmethodology
- Demonstrable experience and track record of assessment methodology and applying bestpractice

Significant experience of working with IT professionals at a team and individuallevel
- Demonstrable experience of successfully transitioning product development to business asusual

Significant experience of the training / software development life cycle as well as project managementskills
- Significant experience of motivating and leading interdependent teams
